Don’t skip it, you can do it! - Just pick a scaling option below that better aligns with your fitness level. However, if you are injured or have medical conditions that limit your physical activity, please talk to your primary care physician before partaking in this challenge. 

  • The workout and scaling options: 

  • Rx: 1 mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, 1 mile run wearing a 20lb vest. 

  • Scaling option 1: 1 mile run, 10 rounds of 10 pull ups (or trx rows), 20 push-ups (or knee-assisted push-ups), 30 squats, and finish with 1 mile run- pick vest weight. 

  • Scaling option 2: 1 mile run, 20 rounds of 5 pull ups (or trx rows), 10 push-ups (or knee-assisted push-ups), 15 squats, and finish with 1 mile run- pick vest weight (or no vest).
