Take some time out for an energy boost and a step away from your regular workout. Torch calories and unwanted negativity with this short but intense Power Vinyasa Flow sequence. No experience necessary, just bring a towel, mat, water bottle and your  face covering.  Physical distancing rules apply. Maximum of 10 patrons per class.
