Introducing the HUB's Drive Thru on Thursday!  American-style family takeaway box.  Please order ahead and pay through WebTrac by 10 PM Tuesday prior.  Receipt needed for pick-up of food. 

February 25: Baked Ziti & Garlic Bread - Tender ziti pasta coated in a Neopolitan-style tomato-based sauce, mixed with Italian spices and ricotta, covered with mozzarella, and baked to perfection. Served with warm garlic bread. 

March Menu:

March 4: Chicken Enchiladas - Tender, flavorful shredded chicken stuffed into tortillas with The Hub's special three cheese blend, smothered in enchilada sauce, and covered with lettuce, tomato, and sour cream. Served with a side of Spanish rice. 

March 11: Salisbury Steak - Juicy hamburger steaks smothered in bordelaise mushroom sauce and served with a rice pilaf, and side of corn.

March 18: Schnitzel - Classic schnitzel served with a side of rosemary fingerling potatoes and a garlic-herb vegetable medley.  

March 25: Stuffed Peppers - Roasted bell peppers filled with seasoned ground beef, cumin flavored black beans, onions and a three cheese blend and served with a side of Spanish rice.

Registration Information
