The HUB’s indoor bouldering room is equipped with 40 square meters of floor to ceiling climbing capability. With enough room for 6 climbers at a time, it’s the perfect space for children and youth ages 5+.

The Better Opportunities for Single Servicemembers (BOSS) program represents the voice of the single servicemember. If you're a single servicemember, BOSS members advocate for you by advancing quality of life issues on the installation, and in the barracks, to senior leaders on post and throughout the Army.  "Let Your Voice Be Heard"

Sports and Fitness Programs provide team sports, individual sports, fitness and health programs and, programming at Child Development Centers, School Age and Youth Programs. Pre-registration is required for Sports and Fitness Programs. Children and youth that are currently registered in CYS can be enrolled in Sports and Fitness using WebTrac.

The National Alliance for Youth Sports (NAYS) has a website for evaluation of coaches. Parents have the opportunity to evaluate coaches on the NAYS website. Parents must have the coach member number to rate their coach. You can get this number from the CYS Sports and Fitness office. 

The Fitness Center is located at USAG Benelux-Brunssum and offers a well-balanced fitness training program with aerobic, anaerobic, Nautilus, and free-weight activities.

Cardiovascular conditioning can be improved with the use of the wide variety of Life Fitness Cardio equipment.

The weight training area is equipped for the beginner to the advanced. 

Those looking for a real challenge can try the climbing wall in The Hub! USAG Benelux-Brunssum also participates in intramural softball, volleyball, basketball and flag football leagues located within the Tri-Border Community.

We are your one-stop shop for outdoor adventure and equipment. Our Equipment Rental offers a variety of outdoor and indoor recreational equipment at daily, weekend, or weekly rates. We offer camping tents, backpacks, coolers, canopies, sumo suits, fest tables, and BBQs. Contact us today for more information and current pricing.

Army Recreation Machines are open daily and accessible for patrons via a side entrance at the front of our parking lot. In The Gold Mine, you can play with a cashless payment card on over 20 different machines.

Lü transforms the traditional gym into an immersive and interactive gaming space with purposeful activities and world-class audiovisual equipment. Lü supports health, sports, fitness and team-building with a fast-paced video game experience.

Ask a HUB team member about half-hour and hour long reservations. Open to all ages. 2-8 players.

The Mine Bar & Grill is USAG Benelux-Brunssum's place for signature cocktails and some of the best beer in Europe. Inspired by Emma Mine, the previous home of USAG Benelux-Schinnen, and an homage to the Staatsmijn Emma, the second largest coal mine in The Netherlands, The Mine offers excellent drinks and small bites in a laid-back atmosphere. Open to ages 18+.  Drink responsibly.
