Sportsmanship Requirements

All parents and guardians must complete Sportsmanship Training before registering their child for Youth Sports. This ensures everyone understands the values of respect, teamwork, and fair play.

The NAYS (National Alliance for Youth Sports) Code of Ethics outlines standards for coaches and officials, emphasizing player safety, fair play, respect, and responsible conduct. It includes commitments such as prioritizing children’s well‑being, avoiding drugs/alcohol at youth events, practicing first aid, teaching rules, and modeling sportsmanship.
