Workout, socialize, and meet new people for stress relief! This weekly fitness class will allow you to challenge yourself, surprise yourself, and love yourself! Most importantly, it allows you to take time for YOU! Get ready to sweat in athletic clothes with a *workout mat, water, and your own hand weights (if possible). We workout in 20-30 min. increments, High to low workout routines. All participants with kids alternate turns, watching each others’ kids, while parents are present in the multipurpose room. This gives all participants the opportunity to get fit. If you are bringing kids, please arrive by 9:15am so we can divide into groups. (Please feel free to come even without children). The HUB Fitness Center can provide equipment if needed. All fitness center equipment must be wiped down after use.
